Our designers continue that feeling by getting to know each guest and opening up a dialogue about their vision for their hair. FANTASTIC! I have had the pleasure of having 2 of I.D.entity's stylists take care of my hair. Both are great. But Katie is my current stylist, so let's review her:
Professional dialogue
GREAT consultation-and she actually listens to what I want
Cut & color are always on point. If she's not happy with the outcome, she will continue until it's perfect.
She is up-to-date on current trends, knows how to handle all textures of hair and is passionate about continuing education
Extremely customer-service oriented
She is one of the best in Indy, I must say!

Kristan is awesome! She is very positive and personable which makes the experience very comforting and relaxing. You walk out the door with a smile for sure! Kristan makes sure she understands what you want and offers excellent suggestions and tips. Any YES, the scalp and neck massage is the best ever!

I took a picture in that kind of showed (not a great pic) what I wanted, and Katie totally understood what it was and made it even better!! She also takes the time to ensure I can then style it on my own when I get home. Would highly recommend Katie and the Salon!

Kristan is wonderful! She is so thorough in making sure she knows what you want and that you ultimately get what you want. She's easy to talk to so you don't get those periods of awkward silence and she gives the BEST scalp and neck massages during shampoo/conditioning. I wish my hair grew fast enough to warrant weekly haircuts!

I started coming to I.d.entity hair salon when my boyfriend recommended it. He had been coming for awhie and I needed a big change. I went in with him on his nxt appt and talked to laura smith about going from blond to red head! She was so sweet and informatonal and was general excited about and it made me forgeti was nervous! I made an appt that day! When I made the change it was so great, it turned out just how I imanged it! Then laura had her baby, so I started coming to katie and she was just as phonominal! She even took time after one haircut to teach me how to make pin up victory curls, for no charge! All the stylists here take their time to make sure you get exactly what you want and are happy with it and make you feel totally comfortable the entire time! I'm very glad I found this salon and will be coming here for a long time!

This place is amazing. I came here on a recommendation from a co-worker and thank goodness I did. It's a nice small salon, pretty decor, nice and quiet. At my old salon, I felt like I was just a number. Everyone is so nice and Katie Cassero is an amazing stylist. She isn't afraid to make a suggestion, educates you on the products she's putting on your hair and the benefits of those products. Finally, a stylist that had enough guts to cut side swept bangs on me despite my cowlick. Nothing scares this girl and my hair looks and feels amazing. Well priced salong and the prices for product aren't that bad. I like the fact that she took her time and let my hair process naturally instead of sticking me under a dryer or a heat lamp to save time. To me, I think the color turns out better when you let it process naturally and it's better for your hair to avoid the extra heat. Thanks so much!

Kristan is a wonderful gal with the best attitude and personality. She takes her time to know what you are looking for and gives you exactly what you want. And yes, her massage/shampoo is to die for. It's absolutely the best ever. She has a true passion for doing hair and also for the product line that she uses in the salon. Just a great stylist all around :-)

The best every! Kristan is so personable. Really takes her time to understand what is going to make you feel beautiful! My color and cut were exactly what I needed. My color turned out perfect! Oh and the scalp massage was sooo relaxing.

I am very picky about my haircuts. I don't get my hair done often bc I am so concerned about getting to much cut off or it not getting done the way I want it. I was referred to Kristin by several different people. She did exactly what I wanted to a T. She is by far the best person who has ever done my hair. She has gained not only me as a client, but will also gain referrals. I will send everyone to her that I know. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Not only does she have her own brilliant style but she makes sure you feel more beautiful than you did when you walked in. She listens to your exact needs and is sure to gaurentee your wishes. Her knowledge in hair is beyond any other. Other salons have disappointed me in the past and I know when I go to I.D.entity and request Kristan, I will get everything I want. She is extremely patient and will take the time to ask questions about what exactly I want. And when she washes your hair, be ready to enjoy the BEST hair and neck massage of your life. I fell asleep! By far the best place I have ever been. Not to mention one of the nicest, hip and up to par hairstylist I have ever come in contact with.

I recently went to I.d.entity for a haircut, and I was very pleased with the result! I am very low maintenance with my hair and fairly unskilled when it comes to styling. Katie listened to all of my concerns, and took into consideration my daily hair routine, and gave me a cut that looks stylish with minimal effort! Thanks so much, Katie!
