I started my career as a hair artist about 16 years ago in Chicago, Illinois at the age of 19. I received my license from Tricocci School where I studied under Franco Tricocci. During my schooling I did my apprenticeship at Zano’s Salon & Spa where I trained under International Master Hilburt NG. The Zano’s education team also included Denise Provenzano, Suzie Palan, Michaela Bales, Lisa Franklin, Caterina & Daniel Beer. I will be forever grateful to these individuals for making me what I am today. While I was with Zano’s, I was recruited by American Crew to become a member of Team Crew which started me on the path of educational videos. I have always specialized in short hair and men’s haircutting. My father once said to me when I was trying to figure out what to do in life, “Just pick something and be the best at it.” 

In 2004 I moved cross country to reinvent myself in Los Angeles. I worked in the Hollywood area for a few years and I have done hair for the Emmy’s and numerous movies and TV shows. 

In January of 2008 my wife Allison and I opened The Den Salon in our very own city, Long Beach. We are proud to live and work in this wonderful up and coming city. We thrive to offer nothing but the highest quality of experience and the utmost respect for all of our clients.
