Well, we did it, we made it through another summer. But that only means one thing: FALL IS COMING! As well, with the coming of a new season there will be new styles to get ready for to keep that do looking as fresh as ever.
The one thing's for sure: we can say goodbye to those messy dos and say hello to some nice, clean cuts. Summer brought back the roaring twenties (due in large part to the Great Gatsby), but I believe the fall season will bring a unique hybrid of those sharp looks mixed with a laid back mindset. Really bringing it into the new age.
These are some styles that you can wear anywhere from the office to the park and everywhere in between. This style above is one you can rock when you are going out to the bar for a couple drinks.
The Night Out:
This style is more for those night owls that are out with their friends and don't have to wait for the weekend. Clean on the sides with just enough on top is perfect for having some fun and keeping the ladies guessing as to what it is you do during the day.
The Gentle Giant:
The key to a style like this is a soft hold. Instead of a heavy pomade, try a light gel like Brocato Vibracolor Versa-Fix Fade Prevent Spray Gel (bonus: it protects hair color!). On top of the soft hold, a light gel will also add some shine factor, which helps with the whole, "I'm trying, but I don't want it to look like I'm trying" thing we all go for.
The Flop Top:
We won't be seeing so many greased down parts, but we will continue to see the part as it is one of the hottest trends in men's hair right now. Guys should be going for a more aloof part now, showing off some volume.
The Crashing Waves:
Long messy hair has really gone to the wayside and short to medium length has really been able to flourish. When rocking this look, you can style with gel that will give you that towel dried look all day.
Using this new hybrid style of messy and chic can really help you step that game up and make sure that you are staying fashion forward with your do. Use these styles as your guide and the transition of seasons shall fall right into place.
For the love of Fall(hair),
