Julie Bowen - Everyone's favorite TV mom sealed the deal with a big win. Her half-up beachy style looks chic also so relaxed and effortless. This red carpet style is perfect for the girl - or mom! - next door.
Tina Fey - There is nothing funny about Tina's volumized updo. Her hair was simple, but so elegant and she shined in a burgundy Vivienne Westwood.
