Country singer and American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler just shaved off her pretty blonde locks! In an act of solidarity, Kellie got buzzed to show support for her lifelong friend, Summer Miller, who is fighting breast cancer.
Summer is just 36 years old and beginning chemotherapy tomorrow. Kellie hopes that this bold move will also serve as a reminder to women to get mammograms regularly, no matter how old you are. "Cancer does not discriminate," Kellie told Good Morning America.
